When the eyes rest, the other senses come forward.

Most of the day, our eyes lead. Screens, messages, faces, traffic. Almost everything close, and almost nothing far away.
When the eyes rest, attention drops out of the head and into the body. Sound comes closer. The body gets easier to feel. Images begin to arise from the inside.
Contemplative traditions have used darkness for centuries to turn attention inward. The mask brings a few minutes of it into an ordinary day.

Put on the mask. If you like, add headphones and listen to the Olo app.
Then notice what comes forward when there is nothing to look at.
No technique to learn.
Nothing to achieve.

“Every night I do an Olo sound meditation before bed - I fall asleep in 10 seconds & have the best sleep.”
“I have sleeping masks at home. This is not the same. This is total blackout.”
“The best eye mask I've ever used. I've tried five or six different brands and Olo really nailed it. It completely blocks the light without being uncomfortable or cutting off your breathing.”
“I was in a room with 30 to 40 people and I felt like I was alone.”
“The mask is basically as good as a sensory deprivation tank.”
“Very comfortable, breathable and total blackout. I can imagine myself sleeping with these all night and actually getting some good rest.”
“I highly recommend this app AND the eye mask (it's truly the best)!”
